🏠 Missed Delivery
If you are not at the address to accept delivery, Royal Mail will email you and/or leave a “Something for You” card confirming a Safeplace* where they’ve left your item, or explaining how to collect or be re-delivered.
* If you don’t want Royal Mail to leave your parcel in a Safeplace, please follow the tracking link in the email we sent you where you can opt out of Safeplace, so they know to use alternative delivery options for your items if you’re not in. Unfortunately, we can not opt out of Safeplace at our end.
If the item has been scanned as delivered today but it can’t be located and is missing, please contact us by replying to our emails or messaging us on our mobile phone number. We will contact Royal Mail to make enquiries on your behalf.

🎄 Christmas Shipping (2023-24)
We will ship orders as usual over Christmas and New Year whenever Royal Mail collects from our salon, but please order early!
