We offer unbeatable discounts on Organic Colour Systems’ MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price). As a result, we do not offer free delivery. Additionally, we do not use budget couriers due to their unreliable services.
📦 Delivery Time
After shipment, Royal Mail aims to deliver in two to three days. Royal Mail Tracked offers online tracking, delivery options after shipment.
❗️If you order products in stock and backorders, we will only send all the products together. We don’t post separately because of the additional postage costs.

🏠 Missed Delivery
If you are not at the address to accept delivery, Royal Mail will email you and/or leave a “Something for You” card confirming a Safeplace* where they’ve left your item, or explaining how to collect or be re-delivered.
Safeplace*
If you don’t want Royal Mail to leave your parcel in a Safeplace, please follow the tracking link in the email we sent you where you can opt out of Safeplace, so they know to use alternative delivery options for your items if you’re not in. Unfortunately, we can not opt out of Safeplace at our end.
If the item has been scanned as delivered today but it can’t be located and is missing, please contact us by replying to our emails or messaging us on our mobile phone number. We will contact Royal Mail to make enquiries on your behalf.
🤷♀️ Delivery Delay or damaged items.
If you are experiencing a delivery delay or damaged items at delivery, please contact us by replying to order confirmation email. We will contact Royal Mail to make enquiries on your behalf.
❗️Return
Please return within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged. We do not offer exchanges but will issue a refund to the payment method you used to purchase as soon as we receive your item back. Please note, delivery fees are non-refundable.
We can NOT refund if items are lost or damaged. Please use recorded postage with insurance/compensation and use well-protected packaging.
