Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at Rococo Organic Salon Online Shop.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help, please contact us by calling us.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for the cost of return postage, unless products are defective.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Postages are NOT refundable including return postage, unless products are inspected by us as defective.
Exchange or wrong order by mistake
Please order correct product you’d like, and return wrong item you ordered to us for refund. (see Return and Refunds sections). You will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Hair salon service prices shown are “from”, if we require more colours and/or time, reasonable extras will be added, and must be agreed and paybale at the end of visit.
For salon services only, NOT for salon retail products or gratitude to stylists.
Valid for 6 months from the date purchased.
Not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be used with any other offers or promotions. No cash changes will be given.
