📦 Delivery Time

Royal Mail aims to deliver your order in 2 to 3 days after shipment.

Royal Mail Tracked delivery offers online tracking, and delivery options when the package arrives at the London Central Mail Centre.

If you order products in stock and backorders, we’ll send everything together. We don’t post separately due to the extra postage costs.

If you are experiencing a delivery delay or damaged items at delivery, please contact us by replying to the order confirmation email.

IMPORTANT
We will contact Royal Mail to make enquiries on your behalf. We can NOT claim to Royal Mail after 30 working days from dispatch date.

🏠 Missed Delivery

If you are not at the address to accept delivery, Royal Mail will email you and/or leave a “Something for You” card confirming a Safeplace* where they’ve left your item, or explaining how to collect or be re-delivered.

* Safeplace
If you don’t want Royal Mail to leave your parcel in a Safeplace, please follow the tracking link in the email we sent you where you can opt out of Safeplace, so they know to use alternative delivery options for your items if you’re not in. Unfortunately, we can not opt out of Safeplace at our end.

If the item has been scanned as delivered today but it can’t be located and is missing, please contact us by replying to order confirmation email. We will contact Royal Mail to make enquiries on your behalf.

 ❗️Return

Please return within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged. We do not offer exchanges but will issue a refund to the payment method you used to purchase as soon as we receive your item back. Please note, delivery fees are non-refundable.

We can NOT refund if items are lost or damaged. Please use recorded postage with insurance/compensation and use well-protected packaging.
